PRINTS
All of our prints are printed by a professional printer, using archival inks and high quality Kodak Endura luster photo paper. They are NOT FRAMED. They will fit any standard size frame.
Items are shipped in reinforced nonbendable mailers, poster tube, or bubble wrapped boxes directly to you.

Typically, I ship USPS first class and priority depending on costs and sizes. My postage prices represent that. I do not inflate prices intentionally. International items can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, and tracking is not available for purchase. If you believe your item was lost in the mail, I will happily resend another one.
Original artwork is always insured and tracked, and I will forward that info to you as well.
Refunds
If you do not like your item or the quality, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right. Sometimes things do get lost or do not seem the same in person. If you are unhappy, i will be unhappy until the situation is settled.
If you believe your item was lost in the mail, I will happily resend another one.

I love getting ideas from my customers. If you have a cool picture, I can take it and silhouette it and use it in my work.

Also, I am currently printing archival inks on Endura paper, but would be happy to make custom sizes for you--or giclee prints. They come typically on a watercolor like paper. Obviously the costs would be higher. Just ask.
